In today's world, threats like drink spiking, stalking, and physical and sexual assault are on the rise. WarriorUp is under 15 minutes a day to boost your confidence, empowering you so if danger comes your way, you have a solution.
WarriorUp combines 40 years of martial arts and self-defence expertise with the science of muscle memory to equip you with instinctive and effective life skills against common threats. Here’s how we do it:
1. Bite-Sized, Clear Video Instruction: Concise videos, filmed from easy-to-follow angles to help you learn quickly and correctly.
2. Comprehensive Skill Development: Learn physical techniques, tactical strategies, and the mindset required to understand and anticipate the actions of predators and violent people.
3. Simplified and Instinctive Response System (SIRS): Embed essential skills into muscle memory, enabling you to respond without hesitation.
4. Principles of Power: Master the three principles of power to generate speed and power to defend against larger attackers.
5. Tactical Targeting: Learn the most effective places to strike to quickly incapacitate larger, more violent attackers.
6. Memory Retention Techniques: Use world-class memory techniques and visualisation processes to ensure you retain and recall these skills when needed, even years later.
7. Integrated Skill Sequences: Each module ends with a short sequence (under 20 seconds) encompassing all physical skills learned, making it easy to review and reinforce these as life skills (perfect when waiting for the kettle to boil).
8. 3-Minute Blaster Drills: Engage in solo, partner, and punch bag drills to accelerate skill development, muscle memory and power.
9. Self-Assessment Videos: Use your mobile phone to film your practice sequences and compare them to graded examples (poor, average, excellent) to identify strengths and areas for improvement.
10. Efficient Learning: We prioritise demonstration and drills over lengthy explanations. For those needing more detail, 3-minute micro reads are available on key topics.
